I just saw that the account I have linked won’t accept ach payments anymore. I’ve only received one payment, and it was via ach, so I don’t understand why it says it doesn’t accept them

I don’t know what you mean by developer, I have an account with stripe, and this is one of the avenues it says you can reach out to for help. It’s saying I have to add something, I don’t really understand

I click on redeem in the Aven app to link stripe
I recommend contacting Aven support, as it sounds like there's an issue with functionality on their end, not on Stripe's end.

I have reached out to support, for over a week I’ve been trying to get help and they haven’t even given one suggestion on how to fix it
