yeah, so i'm within the dashboard on a connected account. i hit the "add information" which leads to a redirect "settings/verifications?settingsRedirect=%2Fdashboard" which then drops me back into the connected account again but with the url "accountid/accountid"

i can send specific info on the account id if you want

every single one of my users is having this issue, different states and countries too

Gotcha. I understand support team has been unhelpful the last time you talked to them but I'd suggest you create a support ticket via https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true for this

They're better equipped to look into these issues and escalate accordingly. I'd recommend recording a video of what you're seeing and sharing that with the team so they're on the same page
