@pulsar totem right now this feature only exists in the Dashboard and only applies to emails associated with Billing and Invoicing. It will not appear anywhere in Checkout
Ok. Any way to solve this with custom fields? or is this not recommended?
custom fields shouldn't be used to surface PII so I don't think this is the right way. Mostly additional emails are not supported in Checkout or the API today unfortunately, it's a Dashboard only feature
