@tough pewter not really but that's not usually the right way to look at it. When using Custom accounts, you have to use Destination Charges (https://stripe.com/docs/connect/destination-charges) so everything happens in your own platform account. All the Radar Rules would also live in your own platform account

So if I added a rule for billing_address it would apply across all connected accounts?
