Who do i contact then ? Ive tried everything , i dosent allow me to get help , becuase i have to sign in . But bow do i expect to get in if i dont have account information ? , i have money in my account and need to get it , its not fair

Im sorry but i tried that already , it it asks to sign in to even receive any help , i already submitted emails and never not a code back. NOt in my span not in my junk , i contacted email support and no answer from anyone .
