Hi 👋 can you elaborate? Negative amounts in what kind of integration? Are you encountering error messages indicating the amounts you're trying to use are outside of a limit?

ah i should've said invoice items

so when i create an invoice, i can create negative invoice items. It appears that when i created an invoice item of -0.32 it didn't get created, so i was wondering if there were min/max for negative prices

If you didn't get an error when trying to create an Invoice Item, then one should have been created. What is leading you to believe that didn't happen?

i got an error (from our api) that the invoice amount did not match the amount that we were expecting. The difference was in 32 cents.

i was reading that negative invoice items in stripe are essentially stripe credits, so i'm assuming there might be a minimum stripe credit that we can award?

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the behavior of your API, so that doesn't tell me much. Do you have the ID of a request you made to our API to create an Invoice Item with a negative amount?

i will try to reproduce it. is it ok if we close this thread and i open up a new one? It takes me a bit to get to a state where a user can have a negative invoice item?
