hi not sure what you mean by that. Generally it's the issuer(the customer's bank) who requires 3DS to happen(due to regulatory requirements for example) so in general the answer is no.
one of our customers reported an issue as their Transactions are declined due to 3DS authentication
and at Microsoft D365 MOTO (card not present) enviormnet they cant do 3DS authentication
so they want to disable that
if you're processing the payment as MOTO make sure you have spoken to our support team to get access to the feature for that and pass the correct API parameters to flag the payment as MOTO.
You mean , if we pass flag as MOTO that supress 3DS Authentication ?
