Hello, whenever I call Terminal.getInstance().collectPaymentMethod(paymentIntent)

this is what the wisepad reader produces

and then this is what appears on the log

" errorCode=UNEXPECTED_ERROR.UNEXPECTED_SDK_ERROR

errorMessage=CMD_NOT_AVAILABLE: Error Code 116 - Missing encryption keys. "

what could be the cause of the issue?

btw , the device in the video is running on Android 7.1 and have replaced the device that runs on Android 11

I would suggest writing in to Stripe Support and provide all the details: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
My engineering team will then take over the case, and look into it in our own time.
