hello, i'm going to need either the request id [0], it'd look like req_xxx or Transfer id, it'll look like tr_ to be able to look further into this. Without either one, I can't investigate further

this time i have called the api
you're going to need to make a change to your server to add additional logging to trace through what happened on your server. I don't have visibility into what happened on your server. It could be that the request was never even made. At the bare minimum, I need a request id to track down that request
but can we check if any tranfer api was called from my stripe accout today or not in live mode
