Standard accounts can log in to Stripe themselves. So they will be able to see the same dashboard that you do when you are logged in (but only with their own payments and such of course)

How can connected express accounts manage their customers' subscriptions?

Typically for Custom accounts the subscriptions will still exist on your platform account. So you could make normal subscription update API calls to manage those subscriptions
