Supported payment methods include Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

I don't see support for CashApp in the ECE presently

oh ok that would make sense. I see Paypal is supported, but I don't see Paypal as an option to enable on the payment methods page - https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods

(i also dont see the paypal option in express checkout)
