Alright so basically looks like this is just an internal quirk that depends on the network and whether livemode/testmode for disputes. Not really a whole lot more to it. Really though you should just ignore it since the prefix should never matter in your code (we don't guarnatee it won't change for instance). Your code should always just use the id property when needed.
