Unfortunately I am not finding a way to do this via the API. It looks like we do offer a feature in the US where end customers can schedule their payment to happen in the future, but no way to schedule the invoice itself https://stripe.com/docs/invoicing/hosted-invoice-page/scheduled-payments

So I can put in feedback but I think you will need to do the scheduling yourself at the moment
