No you should be using Account Links
is their any specific reason , becuase we are using it since 2021 without any issue
Well yes you can continue to use it is you're an existing platform
But otherwise new platforms should be using Account Links
recently we had an issue using outh method existing accounts were not onboarded, so is it because of method or with theaccount setup
Likely related to the verification information provided during onboarding
the information provided was correct and displays some accounts as well but not all of them
and can you please explain in more detail
Well, if you're onboarding accounts in test mode then you need to be using data from here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing
Using any other data will likely trigger a manual verification review and put the account in unverified states
Let me explain when we use this method (https://stripe.com/docs/connect/oauth-standard-accounts)
It first ask the email Id password and on entering the credentials it shows a window with list of accounts
On this window all acounts are not listing
Hi! I'm taking over from my colleague. Please, give me a moment to catch up.
sure
Are they entering the same email/password that's tied to their accounts?
yeah
Is that the main problem you're facing?
yes
It's best to reach out to Stripe Support then: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
ohk if we change the connection method from outh to Account Links will the migration be possible
Then they wouln't be connecting a existing account so it wouldn't be a problem.
thanks
Happy to help.
