We do offer manual payouts for creating payouts yourself instead of on a schedule https://stripe.com/docs/connect/manual-payouts
Last I checked, multiple accounts aren't supported outside of certain multicurrency situations or if you create a Stripe account for each bank account. Will double check and get back to you
