Hi 👋 that means the Connected Account you're trying to reverse the Transfer for doesn't have the funds to return to your Platform.
So there is no way to get the reverse if that person funds out the money previously?

It depends on whether Connect Reserves are set up for your flow, which I'm honestly not too sure how to check the details of your account.
From what I saw in the other thread, it sounds like you're using a Separate Charges and Transfers flow, so the Transfer reversal behavior you're describing sounds like it aligns with what we describe here:

So if the user that I want to do the reverse funds out their reserves there is no way to get money back to our principal account?
