That is a result of Link Instant Debits. Have you already turned off Link in your Payment Method Settings?

i want to have link enabled. I have the link element above the payment element, but i dont want to have the bank option enabled here
only card
Hmm yeah right now you can't have just Link Card without Link Instant Debits as well (the "Bank" option)
If you want that disabled specifically, you could reach out to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login and they may be able to configure your account to explicitly disable that.
