Can you open the browser developer tools on the device? There'll be an actual exception thrown in there

You need to look at the dev console on the device where it errors. Link above explains how you can set that up

Hmm, I'd imagine you should still be able to use the developer tools. It's still a Safari viewcontroller

In any case, there may be incompatability issues with webviews and our Elements – we generally don't recomend using them and instead use the native mobile UIs
