Hi there, can you describe the problem?
Hi we purchasing about 100 m2 reader from your web but found out about 10 reader has issue
the leftmost and rightmost light will keep flashing
reset not work and we can't use them in this status to connect to our product as a payment device
as shown in the pic, the 2 light keep flashing and we tried use a pin to reset but doesn't work
