We are a hosting provider 😄
But if it's a routing issue from you to us, it would be helpful to get a traceroute/mtr
We also have both ipv6 and v4 - does stripe use one or the other generally?

We're just trying to eliminate any issues that might be on the hosting provider.
We can raise with the upstream network provider if it's related to routing. But, if you have a more specific error from the request, that could help too (SSL handshake for example)

@severe pilot unfortunately we don't really have much to share here. When we try to connect to your server, we don't get a response, we don't receive HTTP headers, looks like something on your end is blocking our request so that's what you need to ask your hosting provider to debug
We only use IPv4 if it helps
