If you've already contacted them the best thing to do is wait for their reply.
Maybe check your junk/spam folders to make sure none of their replies landed there.

@wraith crow @half scroll if it's helpful for reference, I will summarize the issue here as well. It looks to be an issue happening on multiple orgs with the package installed.
The Stripe connector package is attempting authentication, but failing with an error stating that "No such API key: sk_test_SB****************************Mrjz"
The same API key in the error shows up on multiple Salesforce orgs, trying to connect to different Stripe orgs, which leads me to believe that the API key is being hardcoded in the Salesforce Billing Connector package.
The Connector also does not provide a way to update the API key, as the request and any credentials are hidden behind the connector package in Salesforce.
