I want to know why this payment
pi_3OfOtyJNbtjSGjJZ03rl6toV doesn't has a stripe processing fees

I used this documentation https://stripe.com/docs/expand/use-cases#stripe-fee-for-payment to retrieve the fees but its 0$ and in dashboard is 0 too
