Unfortunately we don't how to set up folders for any given web setup, so you will want to talk to your hosting provider or whoever runs your server that your URL points to. The main thing is that when Stripe or Apple reaches out to https://yourwebsite.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association your server should respond with that file and a 200 response (not a redirect). It may help to show our docs to whoever you are working with on this if you are having trouble communicating on these requirements

Ok but if I have a subdomain? for example I want to setup subscription.domain.com

Same thing https://subdomain.example.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association should directly respond with a 200 HTTP code and the well known file
Some subdomains will try to redirect to the main domain but Apple does not allow that so they (and therefore Stripe) error out

Ah ok...understood. So if my domain is bought on godaddy, should be done there or where i will host my presentation website?
