Thank you! This explains a lot! But why is Indian user not charged 26 hours before current_period_end? Would be perfect to have consistent order of events for all users

Honestly I am not sure about that design decision and if there is a regulatory reason we had to do it specifically like this (with Indian payments there often is). If you reach out to our support team they may be able to find a better explanation for you https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
