I currently testing a flow on our platform which requires an existing user with an active subscription to fail their next invoice when the subscription is next due

It' snot supported to use test clocks with an existing customer
Between, the existing customer you want to do the operation with, is it in live mode or test mode ?
test clock is just for simulations in test mode
