hello! i'm not sure if i understand the problem correctly, but looking at the previous thread that you had, it looks like you're asking how to handle or prevent rate limits, we have some suggestions here : https://stripe.com/docs/rate-limits#handling-limiting-gracefully, how to actually implement/code it is up to you though

Like this see 4 users and deduct amount on same time i need like need show diffrent time in stripe like difrrent in +1 second each user so can we set perameter in api when we deduct amount
