If you have the ID for one or both of the mandates that would also help a lot but I can try to look them up otherwise

I see these mandates are being created because of something the Customer Portal is doing but am not fully sure what
Consulting colleagues on this.
I am actually not sure how your integration can get the mandate ID here as it wouldn't have access to the ID when it was created and we don't send out an event for it.
Will let you know what we find, this may take a bit (5-10 mins is my guess) but it should be much sooner. Again my apologies
That's the main thing actually, we don't use mandate IDs at all on our side ๐ค this error started on 30.01
I also tried to check the resources like payment intents, payment methods to see how the mandate look like, but I couldn't get the data from the API
I also checked the code base to make sure, but we don't use stripe.mandates anywhere on the code
