@sonic glade so yes Separate Charges and Transfers is the right flow.

And you can place a hold on the card but this only lasts 7 days. It's not possible to hold funds on a card for longer so the flow you outlined wouldn't be possible. You'd need to charge upfront, keep the money and then transfer it to the right connected account once the service (here the cup of tea/coffee) is provided

banks are a special industry with different features, but most of the time they don't do what you said, they don't charge you until close to your trip

there's nothing "renewable" no. But you can authorize the card again (and handle any failure/decline and such). But we discourage just holding funds over and over really

Imagine that the sell is canceled, what about fee stripe ? Is the plateform is billed ?

Yes you (the platform) would be billed with that flow
