@wind delta we have multiple Account types (Express, Custom and Standard) but we only expose the PII for Custom accounts. So it depends on your integration. If you use Standard or Express accounts then you can't get it from us and will have to ask your customer to provide this information to you separately

Yes, it is express account, and the user will enter these details during the onboarding. My question is, after the user has entered it on his account, are we able to get these information from the API?

I don' really unerstan what that means I'm sorry/ What's a "billing address" exactly? Usually it's about someone (the customer) paying for a service and it's the address on file with their bank for example. But that's unrelated to a seller

We dont want the customer address, we want the seller address from the API (so the user who has onboarded with express account)

So is there any chance of getting a location of the city / zip code through the API after the user has entered these information on his express account?
