There are various options such as live chat or call but not always possible. If you don't see those options then use the contact form and they will follow up over email with next steps

when i charge a customer for example lets say $1 000 At section Payments i get the payment and the fees. Then at Balance section when the payment go out towards our bank i some times get more charges some times no. Why is that and how can i know exactly how much money i got left after all the fees
