yeah totally agree. I think it's a bug related to on_behalf_of and invoices. We'll hit up support and see where we can get.

yeah I wonder if you have to use https://stripe.com/docs/api/invoices/create#create_invoice-issuer which is new-ish around tax liability too

Maybe but I don't know of one, we've supported Stripe Tax + Invoices since the day Stripe Tax went to GA at least
