Hi ๐
That is correct, you cannot
Is there any way around this?
Wow, so I need to delete and create a new price
Yup. And you cannot delete a price if it has been used in a purchase
Ok, makes sense.
But what happens if there's a change in my product price after the current price has been used in a purchase.
Then you need to create a new Price object for that Product and start using the new Price. You can mark the old one as not active
Wow, this is makes sense.
Yeah, the idea is that we don't want you to have payments that don't connect to a Price object if they were created with one. But you need to be able to update the Price for a product. So you can create as many Prices as you want. Prices marked active=False means you won't be able to create a new payment with them
But if you have subscriptions on the old price they will continue to work until you manually change them
I see, thanks for the info.
Sure thing, happy to help ๐
Thanks
