Hello! We'll be with you shortly. Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

@glossy cave I understand how to delete test clocks using that method, the problem is (as I understand it) that method also deletes all customers and subscriptions associated with those test clocks. Deleting the customers and subscriptions deletes the data I'm trying to run reports on. I don't need the clocks anymore, but I do need the customers and subscriptions I created using those test clocks.

In that case, ignore the clocks

#

There isn't a way to delete them without removing the associated objects.

Do you do any kind of uservoice with an option to vote on improving tools for mocking time for testing purposes?

#

(It feels like what you have is very focused on testing "can my code handle subscriptions" but misses lots of other things we'd like to be able to test about our code and integration)

If you have clear, crisp feature requests I can file those. But for a longer description I would recommend writing in to Support
https://support.stripe.com/contact

We do take those seriously though.

Thanks - and btw, you all are fantastic here. I can't imagine how much work it is to field a support resource like this discord, but it's amazing and greatly appreciated.

We do try to unblock our users quickly so they can get back to the fun parts of building integrations

I'm going to close this thread now but please feel free to ask any new questions in the main channel
