Yeah it looks like you didn't verify the identity of the person that you input. Did you use the 1901-01-01 DoB: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing#identity-verification ?

Yeah, take a look at the above doc -- it includes the different pieces of data you can use to get your Connected Accounts in different states for testing purposes.

So if you want it to be fully verified then you do need to input a specific DoB

What about when this isn't in test mode, what happens then? Do the user upload an ID or?

Yeah it will prompt them for further identification information if the initial verification isn't successful

Nope, you just send them to an Account Link and we handle the rest.
