when i tried my czech colleagues it works for them and if i tried few german colleagues it dont works for them

Hm, trying to think of what else could be happening, the behavior you're describing sounds like the link has expired.

Do you know which URL you're being redirect to? The refresh_url or the return_url?

That's a problem, they shouldn't be the same as they serve different purposes.

The refresh_url should point to a URL where new Account Links can be generated in case the one being accessed has expired.
