Looks like you haven't finished account onboarding. Can you click on the "View details" link and provide the needed information?

Yes..but i am creating credit note in test mode...does in test mode we need finished setting up my account...

But i am able to create creditnotes in test mode with 5 to 10 line items..with above status

I'd suggest you complete the onboarding and try again.

ok..In case of 5 line item it is loading screen for creating credit note

but if i am trying create credit note with more than 10 line item it does not loading credit note screen

Hi @prisma slate , screen is loading if i try to issue credit note in case of 10 line litems added in invoice ..if i my invoice has more than 10 line items ...i am getting attached screen

No.I am using this account for testing purposes...for onboarding it required real-time data input..that i am lacking....Above scenario i am have tried 4 to 5 days back...at that time it was working...

It looks like a Dashboard problem. Can you report it to stripe support https://support.stripe.com/contact/email so that they can escalate it to the relevant team?
