Hello sir, well i've been trying to reach out for them like since the last 30 days and i always get the same message no matter what, i even think its not an actual human replying to me, the support "person" replies by saying "we will pass this situation to a superior tech team, and we will review your account and update you about it" however no one is updating me of anything, like it's just the same message over and over again once i try to reach out to the stripe team trough email
I don't have any other forms of contact for stripe besides email, and thats why im trying to get help here
unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help here with this. I'm really sorry but Stripe Support is the only channel that you can get support for your account review issue 😦
I dont think its normal to be waiting 30 days for this and normal to get the same automated reply everytime i reach out to stripe team, it's the same message over and over again, ill show you here
But this is not an account review issue sir, this is a problem with stripe it self, the account's been having a review for over a month and thats not what stripe estimate time for reviews is
as it says on the warning i have on my account status "2 to 3 business days"
this is clearly a bug
and once i reply like the 3rd time on the same email to the person i always get this like the "ticket" was closed somehow
