We’ve had some bad actors, that do not pass our radar rules, bypassing our charge holds of $1. We'd love to stop these people before issuing the main charge, where they would otherwise not pass our radar checks

Unfortunately Radar rules only apply to the actual payment. Authorizations don't default to Radar rules

Once a subscription is created - we allow our subscribers into the app to use some of our services. We have some bad actors using these services in the "grace period" we offer and complaining an excessive amount of disputes/chargebacks. While we're fixing our app, we wanted to see , if on the billing side, he'd be blocked on the hold
