Ok ok, how do customers select different Affirm term periods?

On test mode the payment page is rather simple and just shows buttons to "fail payment" or "make payment"

Can we only see a full Affirm workflow if we use Live Api Keys?

Yes, generally you'd only see the full Affirm workflow with your live api keys - for Affirm specifically we call out to their own test/sandbox so they're in control of the test behavior you're seeing
