Usually do to an account balance issue

OK so that means the connect account balance is too low for the refund to be completed at that time?

Do we have to re-issue the refund call again at a later time when it can be completed or does Stripe handle that once we've issued the initial call?

I'm guessing "yes" but just want to be sure

No it'll clear once balance is sufficient

That's why we have pending status

#

Basically just queues it up
