Our product owner said it's a bit shorter than A4, so it should be the Letter-Format i guess.

If not, not a big deal. Will tell our product owner that we'd have to send out the invoice separately then.
Not that I'm aware of. I can create a feature request, but not guarantees on when it would be implemented
That would be nice.
In the meantime, I guess we will just stick to our current solution then.
