Yeah stripe.js would handle that, but sometimes a user won't complete 3ds auth, so it'll remain in that state

But yeah possible the customer just never completed payment

have you tested your integration in test mode to verify it's handling 3ds and redirect payments properly?

could it be possible there are CSP issues? in a live environment, are the klarna or 3DS popups completely off our site or are they loaded over the top?

Klarna might be a redirect not sure

If not, then likely it's just that they're not completing checkout
