That's expected, yep. Apple Pay is not available in India

But I too do not see Apple Pay and I should if it's correctly setup. But I can't really help identity the issue without some additional info as stated

I think you've registered the domain incorrectly like I originally guessed: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_uqLKw9ylfJabXs

You need to registered the domain using the API keys of the platform: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/pmd-registration?platform=dashboard#register-your-domain-while-using-connect
