I mainly need to setup a recurring membership payment system that allows me to add an embedded code for my affiliate tracking. I saw Stripe has low code subscription, but I can't seem to get it to work.

I'm suggest looking at Payment Links and possible the Pricing Table
Payment Links offer the ability to track some custom url parameters as described here: https://stripe.com/docs/payment-links/url-parameters
