Hello! I don't believe this is possible - your only option would be to create the Customer with the phone number you want before creating the Checkout Session and then passing that customer ID in when you create the checkout session

It would be great if would be possible to prefill, like the email

I can flag it as feedback to possibly improve in the future, but yeah for now the only way around this is what I suggested (creating the Customer ahead of time)
