Hello! Probably the best way to keep track of this would be on your end; you need to keep track of which funds are earmarked for what purpose and account for the remaining balance that you can pay out to your own account.

That's what we are currently doing but we struggle to find the right model. But I agree, that's probably the only solution for our case.

Is there any fees for transfers from Stripe to our Bank Account ?

Not that I'm aware of, but we don't know fees and pricing well here. For a canonical answer you should ask Stripe support: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
