Let’s say there’s a charge for 5 dollars then a refund for 5 , then would there not be a payout?
Regardless of whether the charge and refund are for the same payment
What about the case where charges total to 10 dollars but refunds to 15 so the net would be -5

weeeeell since we don't return our fee, in that world you'd have a negative balance and we'd debit you so there would be a Payout
Thanks. To give some context on why I’m asking this question, I need to reconcile all payments in our system via balance transactions payouts. Does the approach of pulling each payout report guarantee I will cover all our charges barring some insane edge case where charges and refunds somehow work out to 0?
