So, here's the question.. I have two different software providers that are working with my stripe account.. this will disconnect them?

I'm not sure what you mean with 'software providers'. You'd want to ask them directly as it's likely they built this plug-in if that is what you mean by software providers'
Ok, I'm sorry, the payments that I receive thru my system come from them sending the information to stripe.. they have the connection..
will they have to "reconnect".. meaning make changes with my API keys?
or do they stay the same..

One is telling me that all the credit card information that they have stored secured in thier system will be lost..
and the other is not sending any information to stripe.. not setting up customer accounts.. just "charging".. so he's saying nothing will change.....

I do not know what this all means. I truly think you should push back as they built this and we have no exposure to how they built this.
