Ok so sounds like either you are using the wrong key or the Connected Account is not actually connected to that platform ?

Do you have a request ID that you can share for that error?

Ok, I may need to double check the ids. Those were the ones that I got from business. But from the technical perspective with that script I should be able to see the balance of a connected account, right?
