From that screenshot it looks like it timed out, and that typically means that it's something on your end. Can you share the event id where you get this error? It would start with evt_

After looking at this event, it looks like your server fails to successfully establish a handshake with us in time. I can confirm that this is not on Stripe's end. You would need to work with your hosting provider for why they are unable to establish this handshake.

Our hosting provider say it's all fine, no blocked ips, nothing, was working all ok for months, just today is not working. Yesterday happened the same, but was just for 2hours. Today has been all the day. We tested the request from other server and working fine too, maybe can i send you our IP and check if you can resolve it from stripe?

Looking on our end, it does not look like there is anything wrong on our end. I think providing the exact timeline of that 2 hour span might be helpful to share with your hosting provider. I am sorry, but there is not anything that we can do on our end.

I'm on the phone with our provider and says that we are not first client with the same issue with stripe
